Brenda Unwin is an East Anglian based artist whose work is in many public and private collections. Her paintings have an extraordinary luminosity and depth of colour. She works primarily in oil on canvas or linen, sometimes underpainting with acrylic. Recently she has been taking her ideas into collagraph with carborundum and screen printing. She also works collaboratively on specific projects in a range of media (see Collaborations).
